The guarantee includes a replacement provision for specific genetic conditions such as Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM), Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA), Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD), and Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PKdef). If any of these covered conditions are detected within the specified timeframe, Happy Paw Maine Coons will offer a comparable replacement kitten at no cost.
Additionally, there is a provision for hip dysplasia treatment before the cat’s third birthday. In case surgical treatment is required due to hip dysplasia, Happy Paw Maine Coons provides a $200 allowance towards the expenses incurred.
Furthermore, in rare instances where Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) leads to loss within the first year after adoption, another kitten can be provided at no charge.
